Join Club Gotham for a presentation by Jacquie Gering - Quilting: An Essential Design Element. This virtual talk will take place in the Gotham Quilts Community. In Quilting: An Essential Design Element, Jacquie will share her quilts in this special trunk show that focuses not only on the pieced design, but on how quilting can be used to support, enhance and complement the piecing to create a cohesive, effective composition. Jacquie will highlight walking foot quilting by the principles she shares will apply to whatever quilting method you prefer.

Jacquie Gering is a prolific speaker and quilt teacher, and a recognized leader in the modern quilting movement. She uses quilting as aq medium to express her commitment to andi-voilencee and the issues of poverty and diversity. She loves being a part of the larger quilting community and is passionate about recruiting new quilters from diverse backgrounds.
