400 Years of Quilts at the Click of a Mouse
Meg Cox’s lecture on hidden online quilt archives is a breezy and practical look at surprising resources to inspire quilters. This isn’t just a list of links, but a travelogue of sorts, sharing secrets to navigating the very best online collections and interactive resources.
Did you know you can browse the entire quilt collection in the Metropolitan Museum of Art? Or check out dozens of state documentation projects -- on one site -- whose amazing quilts were long ago swept back into attics?
Meg will also give you solid advice on copyright law, so you know how to adapt the eye-popping designs you spy online into your own quilts – legally.
