Orders ship within 2-4 business days. You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so that you know to look for it.
Domestic Shipping
Orders $110 or less ship for $8 flat rate. Orders over $110 ship free!
The $8 flat rate and free shipping go out via USPS First Class and Ground Advantage, depending on order size and weight.
International Shipping
For international orders, we partner with Gobal-e to handle duties and provide a better shipping rate via DHL. International orders will show "Global-e" as the merchant of record, not Gotham Quilts.
Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes collected by their governments.
Online Returns
If your order arrives and you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days. Once the item arrives back to us, a refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note, no refunds can be given for shipping & handling charges.
No returns on sale items, pre-orders, books, patterns, or sewing machines and machine accessories.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have odors (like mothballs or cigarette smoke) on them. When returning an order that received free shipping, a $9.99 fee applies.
Sales Tax
We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase if you live in the US. GOTHAM QUILTS, LLC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because Gotham Quilts, LLC is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

Class Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your class registration, we are happy to accommodate changes made at least 3 days before the start of your class. You can choose a different class session or receive a store credit towards a future class registration. Please call us at 212-220-3958 or email us@gothamquilts.com to make the change. Please note that cancelations or changes within 3 days of the class date are not eligible for a credit or refund.
