FreeSpirit Fabrics has shared the news with shops that our shipments will go out at the end of October, so that means your preorders will start shipping around the end of the month.

As with all our preorders, we'll ship preorders out as soon as possible when the fabric arrives, and then open up sales to everyone after the preorders have been filled.
WHAT CAN YOU MAKE WITH MOON GARDEN?
FreeSpirit Fabrics and Tula have designed two new FREE quilt patterns to go with this awesome collection!
First up is the Moonbow Quilt, a large throw the combines a rainbow gradation with fussy cutting to produce a stunning result.
When we first saw this photo, we thought it was English paper piecing, but it's not! It's just regular machine piecing. This pattern is a great skill builder to practice sewing bias seams and getting accurate 1/4" seam allowances!
The 2nd new quilt pattern is called the Hedge Maze Quilt, and we love this one nearly as much as Moonbow!
This quilt finishes at about 76" square, making a generous throw size, and uses only a subset of the colors and prints of the Moon Garden collection.
The piecing on this one is very straight forward, great for a first or second quilt project!
We are also carrying the Rise and Shine Quilt Kit!
The Rise & Shine Quilt, designed by Tula Pink, features Moon Garden,True Colors and Solids by Tula Pink. Kit contains the pattern and all fabric necessary for the top and binding.
