In this class you will learn the basics of making a quilt. Everything from how to read a pattern and use a rotary cutter to quilting and binding will be covered. We'll be using our free Charming Quilt pattern, which is comprised of easy-to-piece squares and rectangles. The opportunities for fussy cutting (don't worry, we'll teach you that too!) and customization keep it fun. You'll also learn about helpful tools and tricks to make the process easier.

The intention is for you to have a finished baby quilt by the end of the class, but depending on the project YOU want to make and YOUR paricular sewing speed and skills, this cannot be guaranteed. Please note: Sewing between classes will be required to finish the quilt.

Teacher: Andrea Deal
