The free motion quilting technique allows you to quilt impressive-looking designs on the top of your quilt using your home sewing machine. We’ll cover basic techniques that make free motion quilting fun to do on your machine, and teach 3 versatile patterns that you can use as all-over designs or as “custom” quilting on your projects.
Please note: This class ONLY covers the free motion quilting technique, it is NOT a "learn to quilt" class. If you're a complete newcomer to quilting, take the Patchwork and Quilting Basics class, Intro to Patchwork & Quilting class, or Intro to Quiltmaking by Hand class to learn all the steps in making a quilt.
