Designed by Elizabeth Hartman, the Rainbow Rainforest quilt features the amazing animals of the Amazon Rainforest, including a Capybara, Pink River Dolphin, Sloth, Jaguar, Armadillo, Toucan, Squirrel Monkey, Tapir, and Caiman.
This quilt is entirely pieced with straight seam regular machine piecing. No templates or paper piecing!
This BOM is suitable for intermediate-level quilters. There's a lot of straight-forward piecing in each animal, and the most challenging part is keeping track of all the pieces that make up each block.
Finished size: 82" x 82"
BOM Timeline
This BOM runs for 10 months, from January 2022 to October 2022. In months 1-9, you will make one of the animal blocks, and in month 10, add sashing and the border.
The BOM includes the instructions and all the fabric needed for the top and binding.

Q: What fabrics will I get?
A: All the fabrics are exactly the same as shown in the photo of the finished quilt.They are all Robert Kaufman fabrics and include a mix of Sunroom collection prints designed by Elizabeth Hartman, Essex cotton/linen, and Kona solids.
Q: I like this pattern but I don't want to use this fabric. Can I join the BOM without fabric?
A: This BOM is only available with fabric included. You can purchase the pattern individually by clicking here.
Q: Can I participate if I don't live in the NYC area?
A: YES! Shipping is included in the price.
Q: Is the BOM available internationally?
A: Yes. For international customers, choose the "International" BOM option at checkout. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your address. You will receive one package with all the months in it at the beginning of the program.
