Meet Carole
My passion is to inspire other quilters to explore the fun and creative freedom in making modern quilts.
I taught myself to quilt when I decided to make quilts for my wonderful nieces and nephews. Then, I found my first quilting home with the African American Quilters of Baltimore, who gently taught me the best quilting techniques to express my quilt vision.
I am excited about modern quilting because it is all about bringing individualism and free expression to the quilts we are making today.
I teach workshops to help quilters confidently and joyfully dive into modern quilting. My students say that my workshops inspire them to let their creative voices shine.
