Meet Lissa
I’m Lissa, the brains and beauty behind Lovingly, Lissa.
I have a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. After several seasons in the costume department of the Houston Grand Opera, my husband and I left Texas for NJ, finally settling in Ohio with our three children.
Quilting became my creative outlet as I raised my three children. I’m not finished raising them yet, but have been able to devote more time to quilting and design in the past few years. I’ve been published in Make Modern Magazine and have had my quilts juried into numerous AQS shows, Quiltcon, and The Great Wisconsin Quilt show where I was awarded an Honorable Mention.
I am a quilter, pattern designer, and swapper. That means you have found the perfect place to find new Modern-traditional quilt patterns and quilt swaps!
